For an easy way to collect Dragon Balls, go to Parallel Quests where Time Patrollers appear. If you defeat them, there is a chance to obtain a key item; the key item will be a Dragon Ball. Upon receiving the Dragon Ball, finish the Parallel Quest; if a key item is not obtained, restart the Parallel Quest. Notable Parallel Quests can be found here.
